ONLINE RESERVATIONS ARE A MUST

• Available dates and tailgate spots are available on the Tailgate Reservation Form.​

• Only matches listed on the reservation form are open to the public.

• Spaces are limited due to Covid-19 social distancing precautions in place.

• Matches begin at 5:30 PM unless otherwise noted on reservation form.

 

TAILGATING

• Gates open at 5 PM.  No need to arrive early as a specific spot is reserved for you

• Please have your emailed reservation confirmation printed and on your dashboard.

• Bring your own picnic.  

• Carry in/Carry out re: trash

 

SOCIAL DISTANCING: 

• Tailgate spots will be arranged with a vacant spot between you and your neighboring tailgaters.

• We ask that you STAY at your own tailgating space throughout your time at the match.  

• If you leave your tailgate space, a mask is required.

• We ask that you do your part in making this safety measure one that is entirely self-enforced.

 

FEES:

• All tailgate spots must be reserved via this online form with payment of $25 per match.

• 50% of August tailgate fees are donated to the Equine Polo Instructional Center, a 501c3 nonprofit organization operating at the Bloomfield Farm Facility.  

 

NOTIFICATION OF MATCH CANCELLATION:

• Standard polo procedure is "The game is on, until it's off!"

• Assume the match is on unless cancellation of the match is posted on the Bloomfield Farm Web Site  or Bloomfield Farm Facebook page.

REFUNDS: 

• We are happy to help you reschedule a rained out reservation at a later date if space is available, but no refunds will be made. 

• To reschedule a rainout, please contact bloomfieldfarmpolo@gmail.com. Reschedules for any reason other than a rained out match will not be possible.

 

BATHROOM FACILITIES: 

• A porta-potty will be available on each side of the field.

• We recommend packing your own hand sanitzer, but some will be provided as well.

 

DOGS: 

• ​Dogs on leashes at all times are welcome.

• Please clean up after your dog.
